Walker Healthforce is seeking a Data Entry Operator with 1 Year of Experience to support a healthcare payor client based out of Tulsa, OK. This is a 1 + year contract opportunity.

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Data Entry Operator with 1 Year of Experience to support a healthcare payor client based out of Tulsa, OK. This is a 1 + year contract opportunity.
START DATE: ASAP
HOURS/SCHEDULE: M - F; 8 AM - 5 PM CST
WORKER TYPE: W2
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Minimum of one year of computer experience
- 2 years of Customer Service required
- Performs mid-volume data entry (average: 8,001 to 10,000 keystrokes per hour).
- Comfortable making outbound calls and communication through email.
- PC proficiency to include: Microsoft Office, accesses information from a computer and/or maintain a computer database.
- Detects and correct errors.
- Can use basic office equipment (including a photocopy machine, facsimile machine, binding machine, etc.)
- Knowledge of health care policies, products and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter, verify, and update data into databases, spreadsheets, or proprietary systems.
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
- Assist with generating reports and preparing documents as needed.
