Overview:

Overview:
Step into a dynamic, fast-paced IT environment where your technical expertise will directly support and enhance daily operations. As a Systems Support Specialist, you'll be the escalation point for complex technical issues, working across hardware, software, networking, and mobile platforms. You'll collaborate with Tier 1 support, contribute to process improvements, and help drive a high-performing support culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- 40% - Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues involving hardware, software, networking, mobile devices, and peripherals. Escalate to Tier 3 when needed, with clear documentation of all steps taken.
- 20% - Provide rotational coverage for the support phone queue, handling overflow and high-priority calls to ensure quick, effective resolutions.
- 15% - Monitor systems and ticket queues, participate in post-incident reviews, and help implement solutions to reduce recurring issues.
- 15% - Manage IT assets including imaging, configuration, deployment, and tracking of hardware/software to maintain compliance with security and organizational standards.
- 10% - Support patch management, software rollouts, and infrastructure updates while adhering to IT policies and security best practices.
What You Bring:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Microsoft certifications (MCSE, MCTS)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting PCs, printers, phones, and infrastructure
