Strong preference for candidates willing to relocate to Colorado, though remote with travel is also an option. The role requires experience specifically in construction services (not product), ideally from a small to mid-sized company rather than enterprise. Travel expectations are approximately 20–30%, but it could realistically be closer to 50%, given the need for orientation, trainings, and executive meetings. While building a remote team is challenging, they’re open to it. If a candidate is based in Colorado, they must be more hybrid and onsite.
