eLearning Developer - Job Description:
The eLearning Developer will join our Education department to work on a course for our membership. The role involves developing academic courses and learning modules using course management software and eLearning technologies. The developer will also modify and enhance existing courses using current and emerging technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
eLearning Developer - Responsibilities:
Develop academic courses and learning modules using course management software and eLearning technologies.
Modify and enhance existing courses and course design using current and emerging technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
Assist design and development teams during the course planning process to develop and implement the High-Level Design Document (HLDD).
Build and maintain modes of assessment, such as quizzes or tests, to measure course effectiveness.
Design and develop visual assets to enhance the eLearning experience.
Identify and analyze potential applications of updates and new technologies related to authoring tools and asset development.
eLearning Developer - Mandatory Skills:
Proficiency in course management software and eLearning technologies.
Strong skills in modifying and enhancing course design.
Experience in developing and implementing High-Level Design Documents (HLDD).
Ability to build and maintain assessment tools like quizzes and tests.
Expertise in designing and developing visual assets.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
