8+ years of TSDS experience required.
Responsible for providing customer support for the Texas Student Data System (TSDS), including resolving technical tickets, escalating issues, and serving as a business point of contact.
The role includes designing and executing UAT plans, documenting defects, coordinating with Product Owners and Project Managers, and gathering user feedback to improve system usability.
Additionally, this position creates and maintains clear technical documentation—such as guides, release notes, and known issue logs—and supports customer outreach during peak TSDS reporting cycles, maintaining communication with LEA and ESC users.
Strong communication, attention to detail, collaboration, and 8+ years of TSDS experience required.
