Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the stXXgic vision for FICO DM within the organization.
  • Lead a team of developers, analysts, and business users in the implementation and enhancement of decision management solutions.
  • CollaboXX with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Technical Expertise:
  • XXgn, develop, and maintain FICO Decision Candidateagement models and systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of decision management solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize model performance and decision strategies.
Project Candidateagement:
  • Candidateage end-to-end project lifecycle for FICO DM implementations.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and marketing.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and emerging trends in decision management.
Compliance and Risk Candidateagement:
  • Ensure all decision management systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Implement robust risk management frameworks to minimize operational risks associated with decisioning.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure system integrity and data accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FICO Decision Candidateagement or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, decision modeling, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Proven experience in leading projects and managing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
