Our client is currently seeking a qualified IT Technician to join their team onsite in Wilmington, DE and provide PC support and imaging. This is a Contract opportunity that can go 3 to 9 months depending on performance. The ideal candidate must be flexible to work a variety of shifts that could start as early as 8:00am and end as late as 10:00pm. There will be occasional travel to various client sites that are within 20 minutes of each other. The ideal candidate must have a valid DL, and a personal reliable vehicle to travel to locations.

Wage Range :
The rate for this position is between $18.00 - $26.25 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Image, configure, and deploy PCs and related hardware in clinical and administrative settings
- Replace and decommission outdated systems with minimal disruption to operations
- Travel between sites to provide on-site support and complete deployment tasks
- Work collaboratively with a team of technicians to meet project goals and timelines
- Maintain accurate records of hardware assets and deployment activities
- Provide courteous, responsive support to staff, ensuring a positive user experience
Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 to 3+ years of experience in PC imaging, deployment, or desktop support
- Proficiency with Windows OS and imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT, or similar)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel between multiple locations as needed
- Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
- Must be able to lift and move computer equipment
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Calm and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
