Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer - Fusion Cloud Integrations

Location: Dallas, TX or Seattle, WA (Full Onsite)

Number of Openings: 3 positions

Contract Duration: 6 months (with high likelihood of extension through January 2027)

Travel: Travel expenses reimbursed for out-of-station consultants

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developers to join our team and lead the integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud with boundary systems. These are hands-on technical roles focused exclusively on building robust OIC integrations across critical functional areas.

Three Distinct Positions:

Position 1: OIC Developer - Procure to Pay (P2P)

Focus on building integrations supporting the complete Procure to Pay cycle

Position 2: OIC Developer - Costing, Inventory & Product Data Hub (PDH)

Focus on building integrations for cost management, inventory operations, and product data management

Position 3: OIC Developer - Planning

Focus on building integrations supporting planning and forecasting processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and external/boundary systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Build scalable integration solutions within your assigned functional area (P2P, Costing/Inventory/PDH, or Planning)
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and file-based integration patterns
  • Configure and utilize OIC adapters (Oracle ERP Cloud Adapter, FTP/File Adapter, REST Adapter, SOAP Adapter, etc.)
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical integration specifications
  • Implement error handling, monitoring, and logging for integration flows
  • Perform unit testing and support end-to-end integration testing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues during development and production phases
  • Document integration designs, technical specifications, and deployment procedures
  • Follow OIC best practices for security, performance optimization, and maintainability

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Technical experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud applications with third-party and boundary systems
  • Strong expertise in REST APIs, SOAP web services, and file-based integrations
  • Experience with various OIC adapters and connectivity options
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns, orchestration, and mapping in OIC
  • Knowledge of data transformation, XSLT, and JSON/XML processing
  • Experience with OIC monitoring, error handling, and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Must be available for full-time onsite work in Dallas, TX or Seattle, WA

Preferred Qualifications

For Position 1 (P2P):

  • Experience with Procurement, Supplier Management, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable integrations

For Position 2 (Costing/Inventory/PDH):

  • Experience with Cost Management, Inventory Management, and Product Data Hub integrations
  • Understanding of item master data and inventory transactions

For Position 3 (Planning):

  • Experience with Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management, or Sales & Operations Planning integrations
  • Knowledge of planning data flows and forecasting processes

General Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle Cloud certification(s)
  • Experience with FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher)
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
