One of our direct clients is looking for Solution Architect in Princeton, NJ. Below is the detailed job description.

Job Title: Solution Architect

Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Strategy: Partner with Client's stakeholders to understand business challenges and technology needs. Identify opportunities to convert staff augmentation into managed services or project-based engagements.. Build trust and credibility through thought leadership and consultative solutioning.

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Design end-to-end cloud and security solutions leveraging Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS and hybrid environments. Develop reusable solution frameworks and reference architectures. Ensure alignment with industry best practices, compliance standards, and client's enterprise architecture.

  • Pre-Sales & Proposal Support: Lead technical solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals.. Collaborate with sales, delivery, and practice teams to create compelling value propositions. Present solutions to client executives and technical teams.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in cloud, security, and enterprise SaaS.. Drive innovation workshops and proof-of-concepts with Client.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in solution architecture roles.
  • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS) and security services.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Sailpoint, Salesforce, Workday).
  • Experience in client-facing roles with Fortune 500 companies, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Architect, CISSP, TOGAF) are a plus.
