Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with document management systems (e.g., NetDocuments, iManage, or similar).

  • Proven background in large-scale data/document migration projects.

  • Strong experience eliciting requirements and supporting system rollouts, ideally in complex or regulated environments.

  • Ability to work effectively with legal teams and senior stakeholders, providing executive-ready communication and service.

  • Experience with change management and process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting legal technology projects or legal operations teams.

  • Familiarity with testing activities such as functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.

  • High emotional intelligence, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive solutions independently.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements for document management system deployment and data migration.

  • Collaborate with legal teams and technology service providers to ensure smooth onboarding and configuration.

  • Support data mapping and conversion activities, identifying and resolving migration challenges.

  • Create and execute test cases to verify successful data migration and system configuration.

  • Participate in process improvement and change management initiatives to ensure adoption across user groups.

  • Maintain clear, structured documentation and status reporting.
