RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Director of Product Management in Miami, FL.
Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and direction to a team of Product Owners, Product Managers, Developers, and QA Engineers
* Define product strategy and roadmap for enterprise software and digital platforms
* Partner with business stakeholders, engineering leadership, and design teams to align priorities and deliver solutions that meet business and customer needs.
* Oversee full product lifecycle from ideation, requirements gathering, and development through testing, launch, and post-release optimization
* Establish product performance metrics and KPIs; Ensure timely and high-quality delivery
* Champion Agile methodologies, ensuring teams adhere to best practices in backlog management, sprint planning, and continuous improvement
* Mentor and coach team members to grow their capabilities and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
* Serve as a key liaison between technology leadership and executive stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
* 10+ years of progressive experience in product management within software development environments
* 5+ years of people leadership experience, including direct management of Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams
* Strong track record of delivering enterprise software solutions in a fast-paced, customer-centric organization
* Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
* Experience in travel, hospitality, or related industries is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
