Role: Java Backend Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration : Fulltime (Remote)
Job Description:-
- Java, Spring Boot
- Quarkus
- PostgreSQL (AWS Aurora)
- Strong experience in AWS, specifically AWS Lambda, EventBridge, S3
- Redis or similar distributed caching platforms
- API integrations
- Microservices Architecture, domain-driven design
Must have: Deep understanding of health benefits administration, ICHRA regulations, HRIS workflows, and employer/employee enrollment processes.
Good to have: Familiarity with carrier operations, funding reconciliation, and regulatory audit requirements.
