Overview:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Principal Consultant with strong experience in ServiceNow Development and the Field Service Management (FSM) module. Telecom domain exposure is a plus. This role is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules, specifically FSM.
Implement Guided Decision Trees, Playbooks, Recommended Actions, and Knowledge Base features.
Manage content creation/migration and UX interactions within the FSM module.
Configure and enhance ServiceNow Workspaces.
Work with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
Build scalable ServiceNow solutions following best practices and provide guidance to clients.
Collaborate in Agile teams (Scrum, User Stories, Sprints).
Engage with customers to analyze requirements and propose solutions.
Required Skills:
5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with the FSM module.
Good communication and client-facing skills.
