Overview:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Principal Consultant with strong experience in ServiceNow Development and the Field Service Management (FSM) module. Telecom domain exposure is a plus. This role is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules, specifically FSM.

  • Implement Guided Decision Trees, Playbooks, Recommended Actions, and Knowledge Base features.

  • Manage content creation/migration and UX interactions within the FSM module.

  • Configure and enhance ServiceNow Workspaces.

  • Work with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.

  • Build scalable ServiceNow solutions following best practices and provide guidance to clients.

  • Collaborate in Agile teams (Scrum, User Stories, Sprints).

  • Engage with customers to analyze requirements and propose solutions.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with the FSM module.

  • Good communication and client-facing skills.
