Title : Maximo Asset Management Analyst

Location: Newark NJ

Type:1+ Year Contract

Qualifications:

• The Consultant must present the following qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in computer science, engineering, construction management, accounting, economic or business administration discipline.
• Working knowledge of maintenance management, infrastructure management, or asset management issues including, but not limited to, key performance measures for maintenance management, condition-based asset management strategies and asset lifecycle considerations.
• Academic or work experience interpreting drawings (Architectural or Engineering drawings)
• Famailiarity with regulatory environments, labor standard and oc upatinal health & Safety requestions.
• Demonstrated experience with an asset information framework.
• Working knowledge and understanding of functional systems.
• Proficient in the use of various computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI
• Experience with the management of the QA/QC of asset data in Maximo 7.6, and above.
• Working knowledge of labor agreements for facility operations and maintenance staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be persuasive with staff at all levels.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to make concise presentations to a variety of audiences.
• Proficient in the use of various computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Demonstrated experience with any or all the following: Maximo, Assetworks, ESRI Arc GIS, Oracle, COGNOS, SAP, BIM, CAD, RFID, SNMP, GPS enabled handheld/tablet.
• A valid driver's license is strongly preferred, as the position will require the incumbent to travel independently to the various Port Authority facilities.
