Job: SRE Lead
Location: Remote
Duration : 6 Months
Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced SRE Lead to build and optimize telemetry pipelines, develop custom SRE KPIs, and drive automation for system observability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring tools, data analytics, and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of telemetry pipelines and dashboards using Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
- Define and track SRE KPIs and scorecards for system reliability.
- Automate data ingestion and integrate tools like AppDynamics and ServiceNow.
- Build dynamic dashboards and cross-application heatmaps for monitoring and reporting.
- Collaborate with teams to define and meet reliability goals.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data across observability platforms.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar.
- Proficiency with Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, and AppDynamics.
- Strong experience in defining KPIs and performance metrics.
- Experience in data ingestion automation and integrating monitoring tools.
- Advanced skills in Power BI and ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
Preferred:
- Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM integrations.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
