Position: Digital Transformation Consultant(Boston Medical Center)

Location: Remote east coast only

Duration: : 12+ Month

Required Experience

  1. Workflow breakdown consultant

Work coming in through Servicenow

They don't have the process road map

Creating a workflow in epic as an example

Once the work comes in how is it categorized into small, medium or large? And how long does it take to get into the categories.

Wants to create a road map of small medium and large and how many they can deliver on. Wants to get in the gritty details

Industry experience here is a nice to have

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT consulting, project management, or a related role with a focus on workflow standardization and process optimization, required
Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives
Proven experience in supporting legacy systems and teams during transitions to modern practices

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA):
Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and workflow management best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Proficiency in workflow design and management tools (e.g., Visio, LucidChart, process automation software)
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
