We're looking for a strategic thinking Data Analyst to join a well-established, industry leading, and rapidly growing company in NYC.
This position requires someone who excels in communicating findings and recommendations to business stakeholders, expertise in SQL, and experience driving value in growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards by processing large datasets using SQL and advanced analytics techniques to provide business insights.
- Create and refine advanced data models with Python or R to predict business trends and operational issues, ensuring they reflect the complexities of our operations and performance:
- Develop and update interactive dashboards and visualizations that effectively convey data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications:
- At minimum, a BS degree in Math, Statistics, CompSci, Data Science or similar quantitative field.
- 5+ years of working experience in Analytics, ideally in a growth/start-up environment.
- Strong communication and executive level presence is a MUST. This position requires a lot of stakeholder management responsibilities.
- Expert in SQL
- Proficiency in:
- Python or R
- Dbt or Fivetran
- Snowflake or Databricks
- Tableau, Looker, Sigma or Power BI
