Manager, IT Solutions - Packaging

What You'll Do:

Lead IT/OT projects and software integrations for the packaging business across 15+ sites in the US and Mexico.

Develop and maintain a roadmap for platforms, driving standardization, intelligent automation, and BI/analytics for process improvement.

Oversee packaging-specific applications (ERP, MES, RPA, digital marketing, BI) from planning to deployment.

Advise leadership on technical solutions, integration methods, and digital strategy aligned with enterprise IT/OT standards.

Drive innovation by researching new tech, managing vendors, and ensuring interoperability of in-house and third-party solutions.

Develop architecture blueprints, manage business continuity plans, and coordinate change management.

Lead and develop a technical team; manage budgets, vendors, and outsourced resources; ensure projects deliver business value.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's in business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

8+ years in manufacturing IT/OT solutions, ideally in packaging/converting.

Experience with ERP/MES platforms (Amtech, Encore, Axiom), digital marketing tools, CRMs, and customer experience frameworks.

Strong knowledge of business processes, integration, architecture, risk management, and project delivery in manufacturing.

Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
