Title: .Net Production Support Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA or Chattanooga, TN (Onsite 3 days a week)
) Manage Onsite/Offshore team
2) Work with Client IT managers and business stake holders
3) Plan sprint and release with product owner/Scrum master
4) Regular updates to client and Quinnox managers
4) Required Go-Getter attitude with a missionary mindset
5) 8+ years of IT experience including 5+ years of project/Team management
6) 4+ years of production support experience handling critical incidents
7) Experience with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes is a must
8) Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET and SQL server
9) Good DevOps understanding including CI/CD and Azure pipeline
10) Review code for quality and work with testers to review test cases, plan for release, and release coordination
11) Good in Written and verbal communication
