Analyze and improve commission/annuity processes
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to risk controls
Drive system enhancements or redesigns
Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations

Mentor junior PMs and BAs
Provide executive-level reporting
Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution

Education & Certifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
