Job Title: Director of Cloud Infrastructure & SaaS
Location: Hybrid | Houston, TX
Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Director of Cloud Infrastructure to join our IT leadership team in a hybrid role based in Houston, Texas. This role will lead global teams responsible for cloud platforms, SaaS services, and application support. You will work closely with leaders in development, security, and business solutions to drive strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage global teams responsible for cloud platforms, SaaS services, and application support.
- Develop and execute strategies for cloud infrastructure and SaaS services.
- Oversee AWS and Azure environments, with a focus on ongoing modernization initiatives.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud and SaaS services.
- Collaborate with development, security, and business solutions teams to align cloud strategies with business goals.
- Provide direct leadership to international staff and manage global team dynamics.
- Maintain high executive visibility and shape enterprise direction through strategic initiatives.
- Participate in international travel as required to support global operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cloud and SaaS transformation.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing international teams.
- Expertise in AWS and Azure environments, with a focus on Azure.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in driving modernization initiatives and improving cloud infrastructure.
