Role Title: ServiceNow Consultants
Duration: 3-month initially with option to extend
Preferred Location: Remote working MT zone hours
Role Description:
We're seeking experienced ServiceNow Consultants to support our growing ServiceNow Development Team. With a significant backlog of work and multiple new features and teams being onboarded, we're looking for consultants with expertise in ITSM and HRSD modules to help drive enhancements, bug fixes, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver enhancements and resolve issues within ITSM and HRSD modules
- Support onboarding of additional teams into ServiceNow ITSM/HRSD, including building out processes and workflows
- Contribute to the design and implementation of additional HR modules to support a new HR/People shared services center
- Assist in upcoming ServiceNow initiatives such as Now Assist, Now Mobile, GCC (FedRamp) compliance, and Onboarding/Offboarding processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business needs
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM and/or HRSD modules (preferably both)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with additional ServiceNow features such as Now Assist, Now Mobile, and FedRamp compliance is strongly preferred
