We're seeking a future team member in the role of Vice President - Quality Assurance Engineer (Automation Testing) to join our Enterprise Compliance Engineering team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL - Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Consistently evaluate quality assurance procedures to streamline processes and support production and business goals.
  • Build automation to improve test coverage, efficiency, accuracy and enhance software quality.
  • Works closely with App Dev, Data Engineers, Users and other stakeholders with good domain knowledge and is involved in requirement discussions.
  • In-sprint and CI/CD process to be implemented. Continuously access and refine the testing process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality of product by adopting best practices.
  • Possess good leadership skills.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Require Selenium, TestNG and BDD framework knowledge.
  • Solves Complex Automation challenges spanning multiple technologies in a scalable & extensible manner with least amount of maintenance.
  • Continuously improve the efficiency of the Automation using innovative technologies & thought process in specific performance testing areas,
  • Support QE Initiatives involving working with Databases & ETL System
  • Play a key role in testing, training, and bridging the specific skill gaps across applications.
  • Produces Comprehensive Regression Suites for Applications & Systems.
  • Communicates and reviews the results with all stakeholders.
  • Provides support to Development, Business and Test teams on internal and external issues.
  • Helps with getting down to the Root Cause of the issues and works with the Engineering Teams to resolve and Validate the Fixes.
  • Support QE Initiatives involving working with performance testing of complex systems.
  • Expert in Agile methodology, Tools, and scrum framework.
  • Requires SQL Knowledge
