Job Summary: Salesforce FSL Architect
- Deep understanding of Field Service business processes (Workforce Management, Asset Service Management, Warranty & Service Contract Management, FSL Mobile App)
- Expert in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) configuration and customization
- Extensive Salesforce development experience in both Classic (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL) and Lightning (Aura, LWC)
- Proficient in API integrations and web services (REST, SOAP)
- Skilled in developing Flows, Process Builder automations, and Triggers
- Minimum 7 years' experience in IT/FSM/SFDC (preferable)
- At least 5 years' hands-on experience in FSL configuration, architecture, and development
- Experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect is a plus
- Salesforce certifications required: Platform Developer I and Admin (minimum)
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce products (FSL, Service Cloud)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and tools (SFDX, Git)
- Proficient in Salesforce data migration tools and processes
