Position: Project Manager

Location: Springdale, AR 

Salary/Pay Rate: $95,000

Type: Direct Hire - On-site.

Archon Resources is currently looking for a Project Manager, direct hire, to join one of our best clients located in Springdale, AR. This is a permanent position, opportunity with full benefits including medical, vision, dental, PTO, & 401k.  

Summary:

This role is responsible for estimating project costs, supporting business growth, and nurturing strong client relationships. The Project Manager–Estimator oversees assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring they progress efficiently, remain on schedule, and meet profitability targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates for bids, proposals, and project budgets.

• Manage multiple projects and/or multiple trade disciplines (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sheet metal, insulation, etc.), depending on assignment.

• Prepare and submit material and equipment documentation for engineering approval.

• Coordinate with internal teams to procure project materials, equipment, and supplies.

• Monitor and control material and equipment expenses to maintain budget alignment.

• Plan and manage labor resources to ensure work is completed efficiently, with high quality, and in accordance with the project schedule.

• Implement and uphold all required safety procedures and create project-specific safety plans.

• Address project delays and work with clients or general contractors to mitigate schedule impacts.

• Manage scope changes, negotiate cost adjustments, and prepare all related change order documentation.

• Review and approve vendor invoices for materials and equipment.

• Track project costs, compare actuals against budget, and forecast future expenditures.

• Facilitate completion of punch list items provided by internal teams or clients.

• Manage warranty-related concerns promptly and effectively.

• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service delivery.

• Travel to job sites during working hours while maintaining a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering, Sales Engineering background highly encouraged.
• Work may take place in both indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to noise, dust, uneven ground, and varying weather conditions.
• May involve manual tasks such as bending, climbing, reaching, lifting, and repetitive hand/arm movements.
• Must be able to:
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Stand or sit for extended periods.
• Safely navigate job sites and work around equipment, machinery, and potentially hazardous materials.
