Secondary Skill 1 Required : Expert Level - Subject matter expert or Thought leader with in-depth knowledge. Can lead, guide and coach others in PowerBI/Tableau

Define data modeling standards, query optimization frameworks, and pipeline governance.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure scalable and reliable data availability.
Strategically guide Power BI/Tableau adoption alongside Spotfire for enterprise reporting.
Establish multi-platform governance, interoperability, and user adoption frameworks.
Promote advanced analytics and predictive modeling integration into BI platforms.
Drive DevOps-first culture in BI with automated CI/CD pipelines.
Champion Analytics-as-Code principles to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
Define enterprise-wide release management, monitoring, and version control strategies.
Act as a strategic advisor to CXOs and senior business leaders.
Lead and mentor global BI/Analytics teams across multiple geographies.
Ensure delivery of high-impact, enterprise-grade BI programs on time and within budget.
