Strong experience as Mainframe CICS System Programmer
Strong experience as Mainframe MQ System Programmer
Deep knowledge of IBM z/OS environments
Expertise in CICS installation, configuration, administration, and upgrades
Expertise in IBM MQ (MQSeries) installation, configuration, and upgrades
Experience with CICS version upgrades (9.3 to 9.4)
Experience with MQ version upgrades (5.6 to 6.2)
Performance tuning, debugging, and problem analysis
L2/L3 production support experience
Strong understanding of automation and dependency management
