Roles & Responsibilities:
Identification of potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores in the designated DEX tool
Experience in implementing and driving automation initiatives
Create intake processes to gather requirements from stakeholders
Participate in problem hunting sessions to identify opportunities in the environment
Analytical skills to slice and dice the data per use case needs
Create Success Plans, Roadmaps and Value Realization documents to help customer achieve business objectives.
Responsible for customer/stakeholder relationship management
Provide cross functional support
Act as a liaison between vendor and client
Technical Experience:
Must have 15+ years of IT experience, 5+ years in managing endpoint tools Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack
Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack Platform Foundation & Administrator certificates
ITIL foundation certifications
Project Management tools JIRA, Azure DevOps
Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
