Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage critical systems, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) environments.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical assistance for escalated issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Collaborate on technology rollouts and upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions for all users.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an IT support capacity.
- Proficiency in Windows Server Administration with Active Directory and remote systems management tools.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Proven ability to deliver superior customer service.
- Working knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting both desktops/laptops and smartphones (Android/iOS).
