Description/Summary:
- We are seeking a results-driven Senior Analyst Product Owner to lead project planning, tactical execution, and strategic optimization for the Adobe Experience Platform. In this role, you will excel in project planning and tactical execution, utilizing your analytical skills to propose and implement strategic and tactical plans. Your role will be pivotal in driving marketing initiatives and optimizing platform performance for maximum impact.
- Additionally, this position will oversee the digital experience survey platform intake requests. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing and engineering teams to break down requirements into actionable work units and ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
Mandatory Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a marketing technology environment.
- Proficient understanding of Adobe Experience Platform.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization and a spirit of building strong business partnerships are essential.
- Well-organized and thorough approach; able to structure, analyze, and answer major business questions, balancing multiple requests and competing priorities.
- Adaptable and able to drive results in a dynamic, fast paced, cross-functional environment, self-sufficient and collaborative team player.
Responsibilities:
- Adobe Product Management: Oversee the optimization of Adobe Experience Platform to meet marketing team needs, create and prioritize the product backlog, write capabilities, epics, and user stories defining functionality and requirements, and make tactical decisions on product features, priorities, and trade-offs to guide the development team.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a detailed roadmap for marketing platform enhancements, upgrades, new features, and communicate product progress, updates, and changes to stakeholders.
- Survey Platform Management: Manage the intake process for the survey platform, ensuring seamless operation and integration with both new and existing features.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and break them into logical work units.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and other departments to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Product Monitoring: Monitor and report on marketing platform performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance product performance.
Desired Skills:
