  • Skill 1 10+ Yrs of Exp Java Technical Lead - hands-on Java development experience, with strong knowledge of Application design patterns.
  • Skill 2 10+ Yrs of Exp Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
  • Skill 3 9 Yrs of Exp database technologies (SQL, NoSQL e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Skill 4 6 Yrs of Exp - Message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Skill 5 6 Yrs of Exp - CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), and Git
  • Skill 6 - 7 Yrs of Exp - cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform preferred)

Domain Experience (If any ) Healthcare

Sr. Java Tech Lead/Developer. (75% Hands on and 25% leading/design). 10 Years experience

  • 10 years of hands-on Java development experience, with strong knowledge of Application design patterns.
  • Proficiency in Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), and Git-based workflows.
  • Knowledge of message brokers and event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform preferred)
  • Ability to lead and mentor developers, perform code reviews
  • Experience working in Agile teams and delivering complex projects
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • React or any UI development experience is PLUS
