Description

We are looking for skilled Desktop Support Analysts to join our team on a 2-month contract in Corry, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations and providing technical support for hardware and software systems. This position requires onsite work five days a week and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for desktops, laptops, and other computer systems.

Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, including Windows 11 and Windows 10.

Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs to ensure optimal functionality.

Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and permissions.

Collaborate with team members to support the upgrade and configuration of systems as needed.

Ensure compliance with configuration management processes and organizational standards.

Respond promptly to user inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Document and track all support activities to maintain clear records.

Offer guidance and training to end-users on system operations and best practices.

Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with users and stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience in desktop support or a related IT role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
Familiarity with Active Directory for user account management.
Understanding of configuration management principles and tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work onsite five days a week in Irvine, Pennsylvania.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
