Certified Microsoft Trainer (MCT) with proven expertise in Microsoft CoPilot.
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft CoPilot Trainer to design and deliver a comprehensive training program for our IT organization. This role will develop engaging content, build internal training resources, and enable our team to become self-sufficient in leveraging Microsoft CoPilot for productivity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Training Program Development
Design and implement a structured training strategy covering beginner to advanced skill levels.
Develop course content, classroom training, certification pathways, and supporting materials (videos, case studies, examples).
Leverage Microsoft CoPilot capabilities to create impactful, real-world training scenarios.
Content and Resource Management
Build and maintain an internal intranet page to host training materials, case studies, and success stories.
Establish a process to collect and share user stories, best practices, and examples of successful CoPilot usage across the organization.
Training Delivery
Deliver training sessions to approximately 100 IT full-time employees (FTEs) by year-end.
Conduct both live (classroom/virtual) and online training sessions.
Ensure all training formats (courses, videos, documentation) are engaging and scalable.
Enablement and Knowledge Transfer
Develop a sustainable framework that empowers internal teams to continue training and expanding CoPilot adoption post-engagement.
Qualifications
Certified Microsoft Trainer (MCT) with proven expertise in Microsoft CoPilot.
Hands-on experience designing and delivering technology training for end-users and IT professionals.
Strong instructional design skills, including creation of multi-format content (classroom, online, video).
Familiarity with Microsoft s training resources, certifications, and support channels.
Ability to work strategically while also being hands-on in building and delivering training content.
Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills to drive engagement and adoption.
Preferred Background
Experience building training programs for large-scale IT audiences (100+ users).
Prior success collecting and promoting user success stories to inspire adoption.
Understanding of productivity and AI-driven tools within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Success Criteria
Comprehensive training program developed and executed by year-end.
100 IT FTEs successfully trained with measurable competency gains.
Centralized repository of training materials, stories, and examples established on the intranet.
Organization equipped to independently manage ongoing CoPilot training initiatives.
