RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager - Specialized 3 in Beaverton, OR.
Responsibilities:
* Product Manager will build the product strategy, end-to-end product platform vision and multi-year roadmap for a function in partnership with Engineering teams and the business
* Partner with all collaborators to understand Business needs, outcomes, and value to ensure roadmaps are aligned to those needs
* Ensuring Product roadmaps account for and integrate dependencies across functional areas within Domains
* Deliver outsized value to Global Tech quickly and are built to be scalable and agile
* Bringing outstanding market and industry insights to platform and product strategy
* As a Product Manager, you will track value delivered, product performance, and execution, adjusting plans where needed
* Ensure TPM maturity throughout all levels of the Tech Team (e.g., role development, career pathing)
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience (5+ years) leading complex software products
* Experience conducting strategic analysis in a cross functional enterprise environment in the tech industry to support and improve business operations involving program, process, or product management
* Strong Analytical and Data Visualization skills
* Strong project planning and organizational skills
* Understanding of Design Thinking Concepts and Design Leadership
* Use of Value-Driven Frameworks Domain skills
* Validated ability to adapt to new technologies and tools, changing needs, processes, and ambiguity
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
