Job Details
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in project management, information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field.
1 3 years of experience leading or supporting projects, preferably in an IT or healthcare environment.
Foundational or intermediate understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) with willingness to advance knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in common project management and productivity tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, Excel, MSTeams).
Must live in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan area and be willing to be on-site at any time as project work demands. This job may also occasionally require work outside of standard business hours.

Project Management Foundations Ability to apply standardized methodologies to define, plan, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Communication & Collaboration Effective written, verbal, and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Organizational Skills Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability to assess risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans in dynamic environments.
Technical Acumen Foundational understanding of IT systems and processes, with willingness to develop deeper expertise.
Change Management Supports adoption of new processes, systems, or technologies by facilitating stakeholder readiness.
Continuous Learning Commitment to professional development in project management and IT disciplines.
Key responsibilities:
Lead or support the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned IT projects in alignment with departmental standards and organizational priorities.
Coordinate across technical, operational, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
Apply standard project management practices to define scope, manage schedules, monitor risks, and track deliverables.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation in compliance with PMO standards.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions to advance project progress and resolve issues.
Support change management activities to drive adoption and ensure project benefits are realized.
Escalate risks and issues appropriately to leadership for timely resolution.
Capture and share lessons learned to support continuous improvement within the PMO.
