Workday Talent Management Consultant

Location: Remote

Position Overview: We are seeking a consultant to support us in the Workday Talent Management space and ideally someone who also has experience with Workday Recruiting. As a Workday Talent and Recruiting Consultant, you will play a critical role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing Workday solutions to support our talent management and recruiting functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective use of Workday's capabilities to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday Talent and Recruiting modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design solutions that enhance talent management processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices, system functionality, and industry trends.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Workday features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with Workday support and internal IT teams.
  • Manage and execute system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and system configurations.
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports to track key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday Talent module.
  • Proven expertise in Workday configuration, implementation, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, talent management, and recruiting best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Workday certification (e.g., Workday HCM, Recruiting) is highly preferred

Education

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and management.
  • Proven experience in Recruiting and Talent/Performance
  • Solid experience in document digitization and electronic document management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
