Job Details
Job Title: AEM Developer (Adobe Experience Manager)
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, architects, QA) to deliver scalable AEM solutions.
- Configure and optimize AEM environments (Author, Publish, Dispatcher).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM performance, security, and scalability.
- Implement best practices for AEM development, including code quality, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate AEM with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, analytics, DAM) via RESTful APIs or OSGi services.
- Ensure compliance with Adobe s security and accessibility standards.
- Document technical designs, processes, and deployment procedures.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on AEM development experience (AEM 6.x or later).
- Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and Apache Felix.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including templates, components, dialogs, and clientlibs.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular).
- Familiarity with AEM tools (CRXDE Lite, Package Manager, Dispatcher Configurations).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices (Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Developer) certification.
- Experience with Headless CMS implementations (AEM Content Fragments, GraphQL).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
