Job Summary:
We are seeking a Specialist Architect with deep expertise in o9 Solutions to support a new implementation project. This role requires strong architectural and integration knowledge of o9, especially in Supply Chain Planning, MDM integration, and overall enterprise system design.
We are seeking a Specialist Architect with deep expertise in o9 Solutions to support a new implementation project. This role requires strong architectural and integration knowledge of o9, especially in Supply Chain Planning, MDM integration, and overall enterprise system design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of o9 implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise systems.
- Define data integration flows between o9 and other platforms including MDM, PDH, ERP, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define scalable, future-proof solutions.
- Architect end-to-end planning processes using o9 modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, etc.).
- Support data modeling, configuration, and scenario planning setup in o9.
- Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and system interoperability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years in Supply Chain Systems with at least 6+ years in o9 Solutions.
- Experience in o9 implementation lifecycle (design, config, rollout).
- Strong integration expertise between o9 and MDM systems (Oracle PDH, Informatica, etc.).
- Understanding of supply chain functions: forecasting, demand/supply planning, S&OP.
- Experience with data modeling, master data, and hierarchy design in o9.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; experience in cross-functional coordination.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud SCM, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or other planning tools.
- Experience working with APIs, microservices, or middleware platforms (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
- Prior experience in Life Sciences, Retail, or Manufacturing industries.
Other Information:
- Start: Immediate / 2 weeks notice acceptable
- Remote work permitted (Bay Area preferred if onsite is needed)
- Long-term project with scope for extensions
- Must be able to work on W2
