Senior SAP Project Manager GTS (E) & S/4HANA
Global Trade Compliance | NJ - Hybrid
Seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager with Global Trade Services (GTS E) and S/4HANA expertise to lead a critical workstream in our large-scale global ERP transformation program.
This role will be responsible for driving the Global Trade Compliance track from planning through deployment, ensuring the project is executed according to company standards, on time, and within budget while maintaining cross-functional integration and regulatory compliance across multiple geographies. The Project Manager will also serve as the key interface between the client team and vendor teams responsible for delivering the bulk of the project work, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and accountability across all parties.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the SAP GTS (E) workstream integrated with S/4HANA.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Oversee design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities in collaboration with functional and technical leads.
- Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and harmonized enterprise processes.
- Interface between internal stakeholders and external vendor teams to manage deliverables, resolve issues, and maintain alignment.
- Coordinate with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Manage risk, resolve issues, and provide clear reporting to program leadership.
- 10+ years of SAP experience, including 5+ years in SAP program/project management.
- Deep knowledge of SAP GTS (E) and S/4HANA in a global, complex environment.
- Strong understanding of global trade compliance processes and requirements.
- Proven track record delivering large, cross-functional SAP programs on time, within budget, and in line with corporate standards.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience interfacing between client organizations and vendor delivery teams on major SAP programs.
- Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare) preferred.
