Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Las Vegas, NV(Hybrid). Responsibilities include building high-performing, defect-free services and analyzing existing code to implement improvements.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $52/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $52.00 per hour

Engineer job responsibilities include:
- Building high-performing, defect-free services.
- Analyzing existing code to find and implement improvements.
- Driving the resolution of problems found in existing applications.
- Designing and building jobs using code, SQL, and scripting.
- Working with front-end developers to build complete, end-to-end systems.
- Managing and maintaining the code base in Git.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, particularly with Springboot and Microservices.
- Proficiency in building RESTful services and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks like React and understanding of responsive web design using HTML5/CSS3.
