Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior to Lead Salesforce Developer to architect custom Salesforce solutions and drive complex integrations with enterprise and vendor systems. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, requiring someone who can deliver successful implementations, mentor development teams, and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and integration experience
Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce platform technologies
Proven experience with integration tools and RESTful/SOAP API Development
Minimum of two Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, or Integration Architect preferred)
Demonstrated leadership experience managing development teams in Agile environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences
Experience with Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, Aura, and Salesforce Communities.
Architect and implement integrations using MuleSoft, Boomi, and Salesforce APIs, ensuring secure and seamless data exchange.
Lead onsite and offshore development teams, provide mentorship, enforce coding standards, and drive Agile sprint planning.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, deliver proof-of-concepts, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
