Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled BPM Developer / BPM Consultant to design, develop, and optimize business process solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM) tools, workflow automation, and integration with enterprise systems. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into efficient, scalable, and automated process solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and implement business processes using BPM tools such as Flowable, Camunda, IBM BPM, Pega, or Appian.

  • Model business workflows using BPMN 2.0 and DMN (Decision Model and Notation).

  • Develop and integrate BPM workflows with backend systems using Java, REST APIs, and microservices.

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.

  • Provide technical expertise in process modeling, deployment, and maintenance of BPM applications.

  • Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning of BPM processes.

  • Create and maintain documentation for business process models, configurations, and integrations.

  • Train end-users or internal teams on BPM usage, updates, and enhancements.

  • Support continuous process improvement and BPM best practices adoption across the organization.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3 7 years of experience in BPM development, consulting, or workflow automation.

  • Hands-on experience with Flowable, Camunda, Pega, or IBM BPM.

  • Strong knowledge of Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful API integration.

  • Solid understanding of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and workflow design principles.

  • Experience in database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).

  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with process optimization and business transformation projects.

  • Knowledge of CMMI, ITIL, or Six Sigma frameworks.

  • Experience integrating BPM with RPA, ERP, or CRM systems.

  • BPM-related certification (e.g., Camunda Certified Developer, Pega CSA/CSSA, or equivalent).
