Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead + SDM to manage end-to-end Finance systems and drive service delivery across global SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP FICO functional knowledge, hands-on configuration experience, and proven leadership in managing incidents, changes, enhancements, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, COPA) configuration, enhancements, and production support.
  • Own end-to-end service delivery incident, problem, change, and release management.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Tax, Treasury, and cross-functional IT teams.
  • Review functional specs, drive UAT, and support month-end/quarter-end closing.
  • Manage SLA adherence, ticket prioritization, vendor coordination, and root-cause analysis.
  • Document solution architecture, process flows, SOPs, and runbooks.
  • Support minor projects, upgrades, integrations, and S/4HANA initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong SAP FICO hands-on configuration & integration (MM/SD/PP/HR).
  • Experience in financial close, reporting, and global finance processes.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
  • Service Delivery Management experience with SLA/KPI tracking.
  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management & leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • 8 15+ years of SAP FICO experience.
  • 3 7+ years in Service Delivery / Production Support leadership.
  • Bachelor s in Finance, Accounting, or IT.
  • ITIL Certification preferred; S/4HANA exposure is a plus.
