Strategic Leadership: Define and evolve the EUC strategy, aligning with hybrid work models and digital transformation goals to drive service improvements and end-user satisfaction
Platform Governance: Establish guidelines for EUC tools, security, patching, and automation.
Operational Oversight: Lead service desk, VIP support, and remote desktop operations.
Innovation & Trends: Guide adoption of modern endpoint technologies (e.g., Intune, MDM, AI PCs, Nexthink).
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with OEMs, cloud providers, and internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and business value delivery.
Lead EUC platform modernization across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies like Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS WorkSpaces, Citrix, and VMware Horizon.
Technical & Functional Skills
Must-Have
Expertise in Intune, MDM, Active Directory, patching, imaging, and automation.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem Management).
Experience with Microsoft Security Patch Management and EUC tools.
Hands-on knowledge of remote desktop support, VIP support, and service desk operations.
Good-to-Have
Familiarity with contracts, SLAs, and vendor management.
Ability to train and stretch based on customer needs.
Exposure to AI-driven self-healing platforms and proactive support models.
