Role: PeopleSoft Consultant
Location: Remote
Experience: 10+
Minimum qualifications (all roles):
- Minimum 10 years of experience implementing PeopleSoft ERP, HCM, and/or Time & Labor modules
- Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 or higher
- Prior experience working in government or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of data migration, configuration, testing, and training
Roles & skills needed:
Please provide a mix of the following roles:
- PeopleSoft Project Manager
- Experience leading full-cycle PeopleSoft implementations
- Strong in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
- PeopleSoft Financials SME
- Expertise in GL, Billing, Receivables, Payables, Project Costing
- Familiarity with multi-company architecture and WBS structures
- PeopleSoft HCM SME
- Deep knowledge of HR, Benefits, Payroll, eCompensation, ePerformance
- Experience with union tracking, onboarding/offboarding workflows
- PeopleSoft Time & Labor SME
- Experience configuring pay rules, time entry, scheduling, and payroll integration
- PeopleSoft Technical Developer
- Proficient in PeopleTools, App Engine, SQR, nVision, XML Publisher
- Experience with upgrades, retrofits, and customizations
- PeopleSoft Systems Administrator
- Skilled in environment setup, patching, PUM, and performance tuning
- PeopleSoft Reporting Analyst
- Experience with Crystal Reports, OBIEE, and custom reporting solutions
- PeopleSoft Data Migration Specialist
- Strong in ETL, data mapping, and legacy system integration
- PeopleSoft Test Lead
- Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management using Azure DevOps
- PeopleSoft Trainer / Change Management Lead
- Skilled in end-user training, documentation, and change adoption strategies
