Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Implement and manage ITSM, Telecom Service Management (TSM), CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog modules.
- Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flow designers, and other ServiceNow artifacts.
- Support integration with legacy systems and external platforms via APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, provide technical input, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Maintain platform performance, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to data migration, CMDB population, and inventory federation efforts.
Required Skills:
- Experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Strong understanding of core ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog).
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
- Familiarity with telecom service management use cases or experience working with a telecom provider.
- Experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
Required Education: At least a Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
