Job Details

Position: MDM & Data Governance Delivery Lead
Location: 14221 Dallas Parkway, Ste. 200, Addison, TX 75254 (Hybrid: Tuesday Thursday onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance projects.
  • Align cross-functional resources and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with governance best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide guidance to the project team.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data quality, governance, and delivery processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Management, MDM, or Data Governance.
  • Proven project management and leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance principles, data modeling, and quality management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CDMP, or DGSP are a plus.
