DDAO Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Risk Analyst to help our federal partners assess and manage supply chain risk. You ll collect, structure, and manipulate diverse data sources, build dashboards and reports, and deliver high-quality assessments that support leaders across agencies. Your work will directly shape how the federal enterprise evaluates risk from tactical supply chain operations to strategic enterprise resilience.

This role is hands-on, customer-facing, and highly visible. You will brief senior leaders, support interagency working groups, and contribute to classified discussions. Every product you create must be accurate, defensible, and polished ready for publication, yet adaptable to input and critique from diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, structure, and manipulate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, preparing it for analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and refine risk dashboards, visualizations, and reports to provide quick insights into supply chain vulnerabilities and dependencies.
  • Produce defensible assessments and risk reports that can withstand interagency and SME scrutiny, while incorporating feedback to continuously improve.
  • Automate data workflows over time, transforming manual reporting into scalable and repeatable BI processes.
  • Support classified meetings and risk briefings with accurate note capture, action tracking, and synthesis of key takeaways.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, technical SMEs, and interagency teams to integrate diverse perspectives into final products.
  • Advance DDAO s risk assessment methodology by applying innovative data manipulation and visualization techniques.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • 5 8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, IT, intelligence, risk management, industrial engineering, or data analysis.
  • Bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.
  • Strong skills in data manipulation, transformation, and visualization comfortable working with messy data and shaping it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, defensible reports under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively on a cross-functional team.
  • Adaptability and resilience able to put forward publish-ready work, receive critique, and fold it into improved products.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with supply chain risk, cybersecurity, or federal IT programs.
  • Familiarity with BI and visualization platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, SharePoint, Excel) and willingness to adapt to new tools.
  • Experience parsing unstructured data sources (e.g., OSINT artifacts, PDFs) into structured datasets.
  • Background in building or refining reporting methodologies for government or enterprise programs.

Other Information

  • This position requires regular onsite presence in Arlington, VA (1 2 days per week) with occasional meetings in Bethesda, Washington, DC, and Springfield, VA.
  • Occasional evening or weekend support may be required for classified briefings or interagency meetings.
