ROLE: Data & Technology Services Specialist

LOCATION: Plano, TX (Onsite)
DURATION: 9 Months

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Data Pipeline Management

    • Support, maintain, and optimize large-scale enterprise data pipelines and streaming platforms.

    • Ensure data pipelines are efficient, scalable, and reliable for analytics and operational systems.

  • Integration & API Management

    • Develop, enhance, and support integrations using MuleSoft and other API frameworks.

    • Work with REST/SOAP APIs, MFT protocols (SFTP, AS2) for secure and efficient data exchange.

    • Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, or equivalent tools.

  • Cloud & Data Technologies

    • Work with cloud and big data platforms such as Snowflake, EMR, and Kafka.

    • Manage and query SQL and NoSQL databases.

    • Utilize Tableau for data visualization and reporting.

  • Monitoring & Automation

    • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Grafana, Dynatrace, or similar tools.

    • Develop automation scripts and processes to improve operational efficiency in relevant technologies.

  • Application Support

    • Provide application support for deployed solutions when required.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms and integrations.

  • Certifications & Best Practices

    • Apply best practices for API development, integration security, and data governance.

    • MuleSoft or API-related certifications are considered a plus.
