Description

Excels at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and exhibiting exceptional time management skills. Proficient in active listening, effective communication, and managing expectations. Collaborates with Project Managers and Sales to comprehend the intended functionality and capabilities of designed systems. Executes project plans within specified time constraints while upholding quality standards. Proficient in leading technical client system training sessions. Maintains comprehensive software project documentation within the company database. Familiarity with remote access techniques such as VPN and Domotz. Engages in interactive remote troubleshooting with clients for audio/visual systems, control interfaces, and home networks. Completes requisite training programs and obtains certifications from manufacturers, industry associations, and the company. Capable of training colleagues on advanced installation techniques. Proactively seeks out and familiarizes oneself with new technologies to share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

The preferred candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering A/V control systems and residential networking, coupled with outstanding customer service aptitude.
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate leadership qualities, collaborate effectively with our skilled installation team, adeptly manage multiple tasks and projects, exhibit independent thinking, adaptability to change, efficient communication both internally and externally, and adept client interaction skills.
Collaborating closely with our team, you will ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality.
